Sofidel S.p.A. PURPOSE Feed the pulpers according to the daily loading sheet in compliance with the working instructions and the safety guide lines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Pick bales of pulp / converting broke, de-wire (pulp unit and single bale) and load onto conveyor in line with specified loading schedule, entering details into stock management system * Be familiar with the functioning and automation of referent plant equipment * Operate the de-wiring conveyor, pulper feed conveyors and steel wire baler * Identify potential contaminants in bales and isolate * Complete routine checks on equipment and installation in the working area and report any faults identified * Operate equipment in accordance with training guidelines * Maintain the equipment guaranteeing the daily functioning in line with the work instructions * Assist with the operation and cleaning of the paper machine if required, including all tasks where trained * Comply with all defined standards for quality, environment and Health and Safety * To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift * To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to
