FJA are working with a national leader in the Utilities sector who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Administrator to assist with various Purchasing and basic Finance duties.
The Purchase Administrator will be required to work from their Wellingborough based office, but candidates could also be considered for the Kettering office. You will be part of their busy and demanding Procurement team and provide support across all required areas.

Key Duties of the Purchase Administrator:
* Booking goods and materials in and out, and updating stock records using Sage
* Tracking stock movements, locations and quantities using Excel
* Producing receipts for materials from suppliers
* Raising any order queries / discrepancies with suppliers and chasing up
* Checking and filing POD's (proof of delivery)
* Organising office stationery and placing orders for any requirements
* Assist with scanning warehouse and driver documentation
* Assist with issuing / storing PPE
* Basic Finance / Purchase Ledger duties including checking and uploading invoices, raising any invoice queries and requesting missing POD / invoices from suppliers
