Purchase Ledger Assistant / Accounts Payable Assistant Glasgow Head Office (Hybrid) £26k FIxed Term, Full-Time Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team at their Glasgow Head Office. This role will support the Purchase Ledger Controller in processing high volumes of purchase invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, managing payment runs and ensuring finance processes run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in meeting reporting deadlines while providing day-to-day support across the purchase ledger function. Ensure finance policies, procedures and controls are consistently followed Maintain and update coding manuals to ensure accurate data handling Support the Purchase Ledger Controller in meeting financial reporting deadlines Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role preferred Immediately available
