The main duties include:

• Managing and maintaining the company's purchase ledger

• Ensuring accurate recording of all supplier invoices and payments.

• Processing invoices
  \t
• Reconciling supplier statements
  \t
• Preparing payment runs
  \t
• Addressing supplier queries.
  \t
• Working closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes. xbpsjku

• Purchase Ledger experience

• Good Excel skills
  \t
• The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
