Job Duties and Responsibilities
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
Prepare weekly payment run
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts
Deal with internal and external invoice queries
Process company expenses and credit card claims
Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Skills required
Strong organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Professional and friendly attitude towards suppliers and staff
Good communication skills - Must be able to speak on the phone in a professional and calm manner
