Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintain the purchase ledger. This includes operating Spindle software to ensure that invoices post to Sage with minimal intervention. You shall be the team's Spindle super user. Liaising with the fibre team to post fibre invoices ensuring nominal coding accuracy. Completing supplier statement reconciliation and maintaining supplier terms in Sage and closing old POs in WAP when required. This also includes ensuring all credit card expenditure is posted. Downloading invoices from supplier platforms. Liasing with Fiona Hill on Google & Mailgun etc. Creating Adhoc reports from Spindle for invoices that need paid in that week or at the month end. Updating system with new supplier forms and creating schedules to allow them to be reviewed by HoF or FM. Complete manual filing. Timeline within three months.

2. Operate as effective back up for the sales ledger. Including being proficient in the operation of Credit Hound. Timeline within 3-6 months.

3. Maintain up-to-date work instructions for all tasks. Timeline - ongoing.

4. Summarise timesheets for monthly payroll processing.

5. Adhoc tasks include helping with catering for meetings and answering phones. Timeline -ongoing.
