Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, driving performance and accountability Oversee production planning, purchasing, and scheduling functions Ensure on-time delivery targets are met for both customers and suppliers Develop and implement scalable processes to support business growth Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams Contribute to strategic decision-making with operational and commercial insight Travel to client meetings (occasional)
