Temporary Purchasing Coordinator Ripley | £13.50 per hour | Full Time | 4 Month Temporary Opportunity
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Coordinator to join a well-established business based in Ripley.
This is a full-time, office-based position for an initial 4 month contract, offering an immediate start.
This role is perfect for someone with strong purchasing or procurement administration experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and is confident liasing with suppliers, orders, and stock requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Raise and process purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedures Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records Resolve any delivery or invoicing issues in a timely manner Work closely with internal teams to meet operational needs Provide general administrative support to the procurement function
Requirements
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel) Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident dealing with suppliers and resolving issues Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
