Lead and develop a Pursuit Win Plan, including Value Proposition, partnering strategy, market intelligence and competitor analysis to generate a winning position.
Act as the challenger or healthy skeptic to ensure compliance with the win plan/strategies and communicate when the process is failing or a win would be jeopardised.
Support governance processes, including development of supporting material for decision gates.
Lead the Ramboll PQQ, proposal and interview production process, facilitating development of sales messages and themes, ensuring process compliance and integration between quality and price.
Manage all aspects of the pursuit team, including stakeholders, technical input, resource selection, proposal coordinators, graphic design and content quality.
Oversee content development and ensure all sections are consistent with the win strategy.
Conduct periodic status meetings with the bid team.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and process driven individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive excellence through all stages of the bid process.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Bid/Pursuit Manager role in similar market sectors with evidence of leading significant/strategic pursuits within the UK and/or overseas.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bring people along.
Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively across sector and hierarchy.
Excellent proposal planning, management and development skills.
Proposal writing skills and editing, with a clear sense of what good looks like.
Ability to multi‑task, delegate and work well under pressure while maintaining a sense of humour.
Creative out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role: enjoying being part of a team but also comfortable working remotely. Responsive, flexible and able to use own initiative to get things done.
