In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties. \n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career within a company that completes a significant number of installations every year, allowing you to make a real impact and establish yourself in the industry.\n\nAs a hands-on, physically demanding role, we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMaintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site\n\nAssist with unloading deliveries and moving materials\n\nPerform general labouring duties as required\n\nWork independently, showing initiative and self-motivation\n\nCollaborate with the team and communicate effectively\n\nBe reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time\n\nStay organised and efficient in your work\n\nDemonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills\n\nMeet the physical demands of the job\n\nBe adaptable and open to learning new skills\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed\nWe're on the lookout for a confident and motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer with hands-on experience to join our growing team.

If you're passionate about career growth, development, and being part of something meaningful, we’d love to have you on board!\n\nEssentials: \n\nExperience in PV Installations or Roofing\n\nConfident with working at heights\n\nCSCS card (or happy to train towards it\n\nFull driver’s license\n\nAble to pass an Enhanced DBS check\n\n Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond\n \n Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Manchester area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. \n\nOur working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.\nBenefits you can rely on\n Holiday: 25 days holiday and bank holidays, rising to 29 with long service recognition.
