Client: Elite Multi-Strat Fund

Location: London (hybrid)

£££: Up to £160,000 Starting Base + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity:

We're looking to add a high-impact engineer to a small, specialised team responsible for the real-time risk and trading data platform that powers systematic strategies across the firm.

You’ll operate at the intersection of distributed systems, market data, and quantitative trading, designing high-reliability platforms that process large volumes of trading activity with strict latency and accuracy requirements.

Your Responsibilities (Full Spec Avail):

• Build high-performance data services and pipelines that power real-time portfolio monitoring
• Develop tools used by investment teams to analyse risk, exposures, and performance
• Automate critical trading lifecycle workflows across derivatives and multi-asset portfolios
• Partner closely with traders and quantitative researchers
• Own systems end-to-end within a mission-critical trading environment

About You:

• Strong CompSci fundamentals (degree ideally in CompSci or equivalent)
• 4+ years building production software or data systems
• Comfortable working with high-volume data pipelines, distributed services, or performance-sensitive platforms
• Ownership mindset with the ability to take complex systems from design to production
