The Opportunity

As a Python Engineer, you’ll work directly with Portfolio Managers, Quants, and Analysts to build high-performance tools and platforms that power real-time investment decisions and directly impact P&L. This is a hands-on, front-office role with immediate visibility and influence.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Python-based trading and research infrastructure
• Develop bespoke analytics and visualisation tools in close partnership with investment teams
• Optimise data pipelines, automate complex workflows, and enhance system efficiency

✅ What You Bring

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong Python experience in high-performance or data-intensive environments

Understanding of financial markets (equities, fixed income, or derivatives is a plus)

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
