Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical company and we are actively seeking a Quality Validation Associate to join the business on a permanent basis in Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in manufacturing areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and microbiological supplies.
• Perform sterility, microbial limit, and contamination tests according to SOPs and protocols.
• Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify, document, and report deviations or out-of-spec results to supervisors.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety guidelines.
• Assist in method validation and qualification activities as needed.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives within the QC microbiology team.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
