QHSE Compliance Co-ordinator Chesterfield, hybrid working pattern Supporting the business to maintain consistently high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance. Duties: Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections Conduct audits across company sites in line with ISO standards Identify corrective and preventive actions Provide clear guidance on compliance obligations and statutory requirements. Support colleagues in understanding and implementing company standards Support the business to comply with additional manufacturing-specific standards Participate in incident investigations, including follow-up actions and reporting Assist in an improvement plan for H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives Support and be heavily involved in the company-wide rollout of an electronic compliance-monitoring system Develop and maintain administrative procedures and procedures for document management across QHSE Required experience: 2 or more years in a QHSE-related support role Proven understanding of basic H&S and Environmental law, and practical workplace risk assessments/audits Go already hold or be willing to undertake additional qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, H&S qual...
