Integrated Management System (IMS) Management Develop, maintain, and continually improve the company's Integrated Management System aligned to: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) ISO 45001 (Health & Safety Management)

Coordinate certification audits and ensure all standards are met or exceeded. 2. Safety Leadership & Compliance Lead the site's Health & Safety strategy and champion a proactive safety culture. Conduct and manage risk assessments including COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER . Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Ensure full compliance with UK HSE legislation , internal policies, and industry best practices. 3. Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) Oversee QA/QC activities for welding, fabrication, and machining operations.
