We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join a well-established school in North London. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and deliver tailored, high-quality education that enables every child to reach their full potential.

The Role:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs

Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, and other complex needs

Develop and implement EHCP targets effectively

Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals

Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure positive outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching pupils with SEND

Demonstrates strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

Has a good understanding of EHCP processes and safeguarding

Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
