Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based The Opportunity We are supporting a well-established and expanding professional services firm in Kent in their search for an experienced Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio, lead assignments, and play a key role in supporting the firms continued growth. The Role Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors Leading on statutory accounts preparation and review Overseeing audit assignments where applicable Acting as a trusted advisor, providing commercial and financial insight Reviewing work of junior team members and supporting development Supporting senior leadership with client growth and business initiatives About You ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience within practice Strong technical background across accounts and/or audit Proven ability to manage client relationships xehkeey Commercially aware with a proactive mindset Experience mentoring or reviewing junior staff desirable Whats on Offer Opportunity to step into a more senior, client-facing role Exposure to complex and high-value client work Clear progression pathway to Manager level Stable and growing business with strong long-term plans
