You will be eligible foror already holdHCPC registration.In this role, you will:Play a central part in improving patient flow and reducing length of stay through proactive, formulation-driven interventionsWork closely with the MDT to create clear, dynamic discharge plansDeliver a range of assessments and evidence-based therapies, including LMV, EMDR, DBT and trauma-focused approachesProvide both 1:1 and group interventionsWork across diverse clinical populations, including older adults and adults of working ageContribute to supervision, training, research and service developmentBe part of a team that values reflective practice, shared learning and practitioner wellbeingYoull join a motivated, skilled and supportive Psychology team that celebrates individual strengths and nurtures emerging specialisms.
