You will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the group's remuneration and share-based payment schemes. This is a pivotal role, partnering across departments to ensure accuracy and strategic understanding of our compensation costs. Manage the financial analysis and reporting for all group share-based payment (SBP) schemes. Clearly articulate key variances related to remuneration and SBP at both group and entity levels.
