Qualified Nursery Manager Early Years We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to lead an Ofsted - registered Early Years setting and deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day nursery operations
Ensure EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance
Lead, support, and develop the staff team
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
Build positive relationships with parents and professionals
Requirements: Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (full & relevant)
Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Right to work in the UK
