Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Five Education is working with a welcoming and supportive nursery that is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and develop.
The Role
Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children's progress and development
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, and personal care
The Ideal Candidate
A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development
