Qualified Social Worker Family Help Location: Greater Manchester Pay rate:  £37 per hour

We are looking for experienced and passionate Qualified Social Workers to join a dedicated Family Help Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients social work team in Greater as a Family Help Qualified Social Worker. Your focus will be to provide support to families before issues escalate to a point where more intensive social work intervention is needed. You will be a qualified and registered Qualified social worker, with good knowledge of all childcare legislation, statutory guidance and frameworks. You will be responsible for complex decision making, being able to clearly identify levels of risks, always ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people, using your professional judgement, critical reflection and evidence-based tools. You will be innovative and creative in using a wide range of social work interventions to minimise risk and improve outcomes, ensuring that the child/young person’s voice is heard throughout. You should be confident to build and maintain positive relationships, with excellent communication and engagement skills.
