Qualified Social Worker Children And Families Location: North West Pay rate:  £40 per hour We are looking for experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to work in Children in Need, Child Protection Team based in North West. In this role you will be committed to providing an effective child centred service to children in need of support and protection. You will do this by contributing to service strategies, policy and procedures as required.  This role offers flexible working with 3 days in the office.  You will join one of 5 teams within the service. Each team comprises of 6 SWs and a Family Support Worker. The team covers cases from initial referral all the way through to care proceedings and transfers over to the Cared for Team at initial hearing. As a result of this, each team is part of a day by day duty rota and the expectation is the team are in the office on their duty day.You’ll be committed to ensure positive and sustainable results of your interventions.
