The Role
As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that stretch and challenge all learners, ensuring strong progress and outcomes.
You will:
• Deliver well structured, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Demonstrate secure and up to date subject knowledge
• Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students
• Use assessment data to inform planning and raise attainment
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to curriculum development within your department
• Support enrichment activities and whole school initiatives
