Job Overview

The company is seeking a proactive and experiencedQualified Supervisor (QS)to oversee electrical teams, ensure full compliance with industry regulations, and maintain high-quality standards across all projects.

This is a key leadership role, combining technical expertise with people management, compliance oversight, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with electricians, coordinators, HR, and senior management to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of electrical services for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and sign offNICEIC certificates and electrical testing reports
• Providetechnical guidance and supportto electricians and internal teams
• Monitorperformance, KPIs, and contract valuesto ensure service standards are met
• Carry outaudits and site visitsto maintain quality and compliance
• Supportrecruitment, onboarding, and trainingof electricians to develop internal talent
• Manageschedules, annual leave, and toolbox talksfor your team
• Ensure high standards ofhealth & safety, compliance, and communicationacross all projects
• Collaborate withcoordinators, HR, and senior managementto improve performance and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully qualified electrician (NICEIC registration desirable)
• Level 3 Inspection & Testing(2391 or equivalent)
• Level 3 Electrical Installations(2330 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong knowledge ofBS 7671, inspection & testing processes, and Health & Safety legislation
• Experience withdomestic and commercial electrical systemsand SOR processes
• Confident communicator with strongleadership, coaching, and IT skills
• Committed to maintainingup-to-date industry qualifications

Experience & Licensing (Preferred)

• QS Experience: 1 year minimum
• Level 3 Testing & Inspection qualification
• Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
• 18th Edition
