We’re looking for a forward thinking Quality & Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening and integrating the Browne Group’s Quality and Operational Management Systems. This is a key role, guiding the development and governance of our Group-wide QMS and IMS frameworks, ensuring they operate cohesively, efficiently, and in line with our strategic objectives. Reporting to the SHEQ Director, you'll act as the organisation’s quality and systems integration lead—driving continual improvement, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations. From governance leadership to process optimisation and performance reporting, you’ll ensure our systems remain robust, future ready, and central to our success. Strong background managing QMS/IMS and working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Skilled in leading audits, maintaining certifications, and producing assurance reporting Strategic, systems‑focused thinker able to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent) Competent in document management systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence
