QA Administrator – West Yorkshire – Healthcare – Perm


About the Company:

We are looking for an experienced QA Assistant/Associate/Administrator from the healthcare, FCMC or food industry to join an established company in the West Yorkshire area.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the approval process, ensuring accurate documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Report and investigate quality issues, working with the Compliance Manager to implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor customer complaints, identify trends, and support CAPA activities to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain and update product and packaging specifications, responding to internal and external queries.
  • Manage systems and technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Support product launches through coordination of technical and product specifications.
  • Assist with change control, incident management, and CAPA tracking.
  • Provide and manage technical information across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal QMS audits and support compliance activities.
  • Coordinate and perform mock recalls as required.
  • Support the wider team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • QA experience from the healthcare, FMCG or food industry.
  • GMP experience.
  • Experience with NCR and deviation investigations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self- motivated.
  • Good MS Office skills.
