The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work across multiple sites, ensuring the quality and compliance of a diverse product range.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct hands-on product testing and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards\n\n * Identify, investigate, and document quality issues, providing detailed reports and feedback to the wider product and engineering teams\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement\n\n * Maintain accurate QA documentation, testing records, and compliance reports\n\n * Assist in developing and improving QA processes and procedures\n\n * Participate in site visits and audits (travel to other UK sites required occasionally)\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, ideally within household appliances, consumer electronics, or a similar manufacturing environment\n\n * Strong understanding of product testing, compliance, and technical reporting\n\n * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions\n\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n * Flexible and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to travel to other sites when required\n\nDesirable:\n\n * Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance relevant to household appliances (e.g., CE, UKCA)\n\n * Technical background or qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field\n\nWhy Join Morphy Richards?\nMorphy Richards is a trusted UK household brand with a proud heritage of innovation, quality, and design.
