Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to join our team, bringing proven expertise in the semiconductor industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Quality Engineering to play a key role in driving excellence across our products and processes.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support quality engineering activities within semiconductor product development and manufacturing Collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are consistently met Work closely with suppliers in Europe and the Far East, including international travel as required Apply and maintain compliance with industry standards Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years post-graduate Quality Engineering experience within the semiconductor industry Strong working knowledge of JEDEC, AEC, and ISO 9001 standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation
