There are two kinds of quality managers out there, I reckon.

Those that have had enough of the factory and don’t really want to be in a hands-on role. They would much rather be hidden away in the office.

And the other kind…

Those absolute wildcards who just LOVE IT. The pace, the noise, the drama. The smells, the energy, the rhythm.

This is not a site for the faint-hearted. It’s big, it’s incredibly busy & fast-paced and you are supplying some very, very large customers with a huge demand for your products.

You will lead, inspire, motivate, drive and ultimately take responsibility for a decent-sized quality function as they ensure the products never slip below standard.

I won’t bore you with every detail because, to be honest, if you’re the right person for this job you will be well aware of what a Quality Manager does in a food factory.
