We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to support and enhance quality standards across the organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will help maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , and industry best practice, ensuring our products, services, and processes consistently meet high standards.
A key part of the role is managing Calibration and Equipment Maintenance records , ensuring all tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated within required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Achillies UVDB, and ConstructionLine Gold requirements.
Carry out audits, inspections, and tests to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Analyse quality data, recommending corrective and preventive actions where required.
Maintain accurate documentation including test results, audits, and non-conformance reports.
Collaborate with teams across engineering, projects, and service operations.
Provide training on quality standards and procedures.
Investigate customer complaints and support timely resolution.
Calibration & Equipment Maintenance Maintain accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records.
Ensure all measurement tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated on schedule.
Supplier Quality Manage the supplier approval process and maintain the Quality Audit Plan.
Support supplier performance monitoring and development activities.
About You Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (Achilles UVDB/ConstructionLine Gold desirable).
Understanding of calibration processes and quality measurement equipment.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability. xehkeey
Competent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel (SAP B1 desirable).
