As a Quality Auditor, youll play a vital role in protecting that reputationensuring every garment that leaves our Lea Mills site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect. What Youll Do: Youll be a visible and trusted presence across our production floor, working closely with teams to maintain and improve quality at every stage. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key. Youll be involved in: Carrying out in-process garment inspections and identifying defects early Auditing production processes and highlighting opportunities for improvement Supporting finished product audits to ensure only the highest quality garments are released Managing quarantined and non-conforming garments (NCR), including disposition decisions Conducting sampling and AQL audits where required Analysing scrap an...
