We're currently recruiting a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our People, Development & Compliance department in Lombard House, Belfast. ?? What You'll Be Doing: As our new Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in: Participating and promoting a culture focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for people supported by Inspire's services Supporting the development and delivery of the Quality theme within Inspire's strategic plans Enabling the administration, management and oversight of Inspire's Quality and Compliance Frameworks Promoting a culture of robust Information Governance through effective security and compliance with Data Protection Legislation Act as a role model, coaching and supporting staff ? What We're Looking For: In-depth experience within Quality & Compliance Demonstrable experience of the management and delivery of Quality processes across disciplines Strong background in successful line management Proven experience of developing strong consultative relationships Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload to ensure efficiency A full driving licence and access to a car (Business Insurance required) ??
