Microsoft Excel photoshop, and Auto CAD shall be used. · Randomly checking the stock received, ensuring that the stock is meeting our required standards. · Testing sample products and new products, producing testing reports. · Managing spare parts. · Liaising with suppliers in China for any products defaults and arrange for future improvement plans. · Gather technical information from China suppliers. · Updating products data sheet on Excel · Products / Spare parts control · Product testing · Managing the inventory control system · Checking returns · Logging all quality issues · Generating report · Gathering products information and updating the data sheet · Handling inbound calls · Filing · Emails Person Spec * Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Auto CAD. * Ability to work well under pressure. * Numeracy literate. * Strong logical mind. * Good Organizational skills. * Strong attention to details. * Be proficient and proactive in prioritising your own workload. * A conscientious, flexible ‘can do’ working style.
