Role: QC Technician
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 12 months
Hourly Rate: £12.65
Start Date: January 12, 2026
End Date: January 15, 2027
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Park Central, Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:
As a QC Technician, your role will include:

Setting up and operating packaging and labelling equipment.
Printing labels using approved software.
Completing necessary paperwork, including Batch Record Sheets and Engineering Change Notices.
Understanding material process flow, including raw material and storage management.
Assisting in Quality Control/Peer Review through in-process and finished goods inspections.
Cross-training and supporting other departments as needed.
Performing calibration and preventative maintenance on labelling equipment.
Promoting a positive workplace culture through teamwork and collaboration.
Processing work orders and inputting downtime data.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, or lab setting (cGMP experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new software.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
