Quality Improvement Technician – Birmingham
to join our well-established client based in

This role will focus on ensuring product quality within the wholesale distribution centre while supporting process improvements and maintaining compliance with quality management systems.
Salary
• £28,432 rising to £28,939
Shifts
• Monday – Tuesday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Wednesday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 16:30

Day-to-Day Duties
As a
Quality Improvement Technician – Birmingham , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Completing quality inspections on products and services, including goods-in checks
• Recording inspection details and reporting outcomes to the Warehouse Manager
• Investigating product quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation
• Carrying out random quality checks on wholesale products
• Maintaining accurate quality documentation and records
• Completing NCR and purge processes and providing detailed reports to the Purchasing Department
• Assisting with internal audits and preparation for external quality audits
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO documentation
• Processing product returns using internal systems
• Promoting a “Right First Time” approach across warehouse operations

• Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively within a warehouse or distribution environment
