Quality Inspection Team Leader Do you want to play a key role in delivering world-class quality and precision across the automotive industry? We are seeking an Quality Inspection Team Leader to join our dedicated quality management team at G&P. This is a field-based role with travel across the UK to support our manufacturing clients onsite. Benefits include: £13.50 per hour Weekend overtime available during peak periods starting from 25%+ 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays Mileage paid at £0.30 per mile Employer pension contribution Excellent training and development opportunities Reporting to the Supervisor / Business Manager, the Quality Inspection Team Leader will be responsible for organising and leading the hour-to-hour function of designated projects across G&P areas. You will also lead a small team of quality inspectors, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency are consistently achieved. Working hours: Working hours will vary depending on the client site. Most projects are scheduled during a standard day shift, but flexibility is needed to support different project requirements.
