Description
Inspect and assess incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report quality issues, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions. Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality processes are integrated into production workflows. Maintain and update quality records and documentation in line with company policies. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards. Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accurate measurements. Provide support and training to staff on quality assurance processes and standards.Profile
A successful Quality Inspector should have:
An understanding of quality assurance processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Experience using manual inspection tools and equipment effectively. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards relevant to engineering and manufacturing. Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues. Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Job Offer
