This role involves working closely with the Senior leadership team from day one conducting regular assessments and assurance audits across all internal processes, including steelwork fabrication, welding, painting, and dispatch. The successful candidate will have the authority to reject products and materials that do not meet strict quality requirements, playing a crucial role in maintaining a commitment to excellence. Day-to-day of the role: Inspect fabrication work, welding, and painting on the shop floor, with sign-off and rejection authority. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and verify final products against given specifications.
