Position: Quality Inspector Location: Oldham Salary: £23.45p/h Hours: Full Time, Lates: Mon to Thursday – 16.30pm-02.30am (4 Day week)

As a Quality Inspector, you will be carrying out the inspection for products both visually and physically. This role offers a varied workday and will involve supporting the quality department with parts inspection.

Responsibilities: Ensuring Quality standards are maintained and QMS procedures are followed correctly. The role would require usage of inspection equipment (Micrometer, Vernier, Projector, CMM- training available) Inspecting manufactured components and finished product prior to release. Perform mechanical inspection on parts, sub-assemblies, and top-level assemblies and overall quality checks. Verifying incoming receipt materials and finished product from sub-tiers Maintaining Quality records and KPI data related to Quality Release. Involvement in Quality investigations, take ownership and follow investigations through to a conclusion(s) Create/Monitor concessions, production permits, rework sheets and maintain the Non-Conformance log.
