You are an experienced venture company leader with knowledge in the technology industry, leading and scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and identifying growth opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. As the Chief Executive Officer of RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc., you will be responsible for the business’s overall operations, revenue generation, coordination and development of the executive team, investor relationships and capital markets, and the growth of a high-caliber organization.
Prior experience as a startup CEO (20+ people minimum) with a successful exit
Past B2B business development successes and relevant experience working with the technology or specialized chemical industry
Previous experience in angel and venture capital fundraising is required, and experience with M&A transactions
Compensation:
