We're looking for an experienced Quality Management Systems Manager to join our Marine technology client.

In this role, youll ensure we meet ISO 9001 standards, drive process improvements, and support the team in maintaining high-quality products and services.

What youll do:

Ensure ISO 9001 compliance across all business sites.

Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage audits and help resolve quality issues when they arise.

Provide data and KPI insights to support the teams performance.

Coach and mentor staff to maintain strong quality practices.

What were looking for:

5+ years of experience in quality management (preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or marine).

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience with quality management systems like Promapp or QPulse. xbpsjku

Problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
