Infinity Employment are searching for an experienced Quality Manager with experience in (AEROSPACE ENGINEERING & DESIGN) to join a high-performing aerospace engineering and design organisation. This is a pivotal role where precision is not optional, it is mission-critical. You will take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards while driving continuous improvement across engineering and design functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will champion a culture where quality, safety, and innovation go hand in hand.

£70,000 + Excellent Package

Based in Cheltenham

Responsibilities:

* Leading and developing the QMS in line with AS9100 standards

* Managing internal and external audits

* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and design

* Ensuring regulatory and customer compliance

* Acting as the key quality interface for customers and suppliers

* Leading, mentoring, and developing the quality team

Skills and experience:

* Proven experience as a Quality Manager within aerospace

* Strong knowledge of engineering and design quality processes

* In-depth understanding of AS9100 and aerospace regulatory requirements

* Confident audit leadership experience

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
