A leading electronics manufacturer in Colchester is looking for a Quality Manager - Electronics to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System, driving compliance to ISO9001, and acting as a technical point of contact for customers.

This role suits someone who is confident, collaborative, and comfortable working across engineering, production, and customer teams.

Quality Manager - Electronics - What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and reliability
• Leading quality activities across the manufacturing process for electronic products
• Managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s QMS
• Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and supporting audits
• Acting as a customer‑facing quality representative, handling queries and driving resolution
• Supporting root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
