Were looking for a Quality Manager to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care across services, ensuring every individual we support can live a full and connected life.
You wont just monitor quality, you will influence it. Acting as acritical friendto operational teams, you will challenge, support, and inspire continuous improvement whilst helping embed a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability.
This role requires national travel to be able to visit all of our services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a varied and impactful role where no two days are the same. You will:
- Lead quality oversight across a portfolio of services.
- Carry out planned and unannounced inspections to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Analyse incident data and audits to identify trends and drive improvement.
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to managers and teams.
- Deliver specialist training, including communication, dysphagia awareness, and positive behaviour support.
- Support the development of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
- Ensure services remain inspection-ready at all times.
- Contribute to policy development, reviews, and reporting.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practice.
Were seeking someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a collaborative, people-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC, RQIA, CIW, Ofsted).
- A track record of driving improvement in social care or similar settings.
- Experience designing and delivering training or coaching programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and person-centred care.
Maybo accreditation (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
