A growing business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Along with a salary of up to £42,000 per annum, you will also receive a discretionary annual bonus, causal dress code and free onsite parking.
As Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring checks on arrival are completed accurately and recommendations are clearly communicated for use (which customers and packing lines are best suited) Ensuring the intake processes and reports are fit for purpose Working with the team and others in the continuous monitoring of product quality using established processes and tools Working with the Team Leaders and QCs to amend line processes and resolve issues related to ensuring product remains in specification Providing insight on challenges that arise through customer feedback or depot warnings / rejections, and work to preventative actions and resolution Managing the completion of daily and weekly audits i.e. store temperatures and calibrations Managing the team to include rotas, holidays and recruitment.
