About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
Leading your team to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 and customer quality standards.
Developing and maintaining the site's quality management system.
Overseeing inspection, metrology, and production quality controls.
Managing internal and external audits across a precision engineering operation.
Driving continuous improvement and quality performance across the business.
About You:
HNC/HND or above in mechanical engineering, or similar, or qualified by experience.
Experience in a quality leadership role in a precision engineering, CNC machining environment.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of ISO9001, AS9100 and industry quality standards.
Strong leadership skills, able to lead by example to raise standards.
A structured, hands-on approach to quality management.
