Responsibilities:
MaintainandcontinuallyimprovethecompanysISO9001QualityManagementSystem
Overseequalitycontrolforstructuralsteelworkfabricationwithintheworkshopfacility
EnsurecompliancewithEN1090requirementsuptoExecutionClass3(EXC3),includingFactoryProductionControl(FPC)andweldingqualitymanagement
ActastheResponsibleWeldingCoordinator(RWC)inaccordancewithISO3834-2standards
MaintainandupdateWeldingProcedureQualificationRecords(WPQRs)andWeldingProcedureSpecifications(WPS)
ManagewelderqualificationtestsandmaintainwelderapprovalrecordsinlinewithENISO9606
CoordinateNon-DestructiveTesting(NDT)activitiesandensurefulltraceabilityofresults
Representthecompanyinclientqualitymeetingsandliaisewithnotifiedbodiesduringaudits
CompileandmanageLTQRs,projectqualitydocumentation,andsitequalitypacks
Raise,track,andcloseNon-ConformanceReports(NCRs)andissueNoticesofInspection(NOIs)forclientreviews
ConductinternalandsupplierauditstoverifycompliancewithEN1090andISO9001
Providetechnicalsupportandguidancetositeteamsonweldingandquality-relatedmatters,includingInspectionandTestPlans(ITPs)
Ensureallworkcomplieswithindustrycodes,standards,andprojectspecificationsforstructuralsteelworkuptoEXC3
Requirements:
Atleast6yearsexperiencewithinthestructuralsteelworkorfabricationsector
StrongunderstandingofweldingandfabricationprocessesandexperiencepreparingandinspectingLTQRs
HoldsCSWIP3.1/3.2WeldingInspectorcertification
ProvenexperienceasaResponsibleWeldingCoordinator(RWC)inlinewithISO3834-2andEN1090
GoodknowledgeofNDTtechniquesandrelevantweldingcodesandstandards
ExperienceconductingISO9001andEN1090internalaudits
Skilledinliaisingwithclients,subcontractors,notifiedbodies,andprojectteams
Highlyorganised,withstrongcommunicationskillsandexceptionalattentiontodetail
