This senior position will lead the technical function, ensuring the highest standards across the operation and driving continuous improvement. The role Take responsibility for the overall quality performance of the site, including product safety, compliance, and technical integrity. Maintain and develop the company's Quality and Food Safety Management System to meet internal and external requirements. Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety legislation, BRC standards, and ISO22000 accreditation. Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions. Manage supplier approvals and audits, maintaining an up-to-date approved supplier list.
