Job Title: Quality Manager Location: Westerham, Kent Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Department: Quality (Single-person role)

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Quality Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) in a standalone capacity. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone confident in managing all aspects of quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a working knowledge of ISO 9001 . Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager Maintain and continually improve the companys ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits. Act as the primary contact for all quality-related matters, including internal and external audits, certification bodies, and customer quality requirements. Develop, review, and update quality procedures, policies, and documentation. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. Monitor key quality metrics and present findings to management.
